Shiva's Shawl

This week, I am thinking about destruction, transformation, letting go, Shiva, the Tower card in tarot, that kind of thing. And I can't concentrate on knitting any of the sensible, useful things I've got on the go, because I want to knit this, which really does tie in quite well. So, I've bought the pattern and now I'm off to wind the wool.

Hold my jacket, readers. I'm going in.

Wow. Remember after XVI The Tower comes the serenity and peace of XVII The Star ...

Whoa I wouldn't know where to start, so I look forward to seeing this when it's finished. xxx

The Tower is for a reason. If we don't change things, then they will change anyway. It's all good though! Death or transformation is just the end of a cycle. A natural completion. The Star is a good start yes but endless hope and optimism can stagnate if we get stuck in a rut. In the end action is what pulls in the new. I don't think 'the journey' is linear in any case.
